- Phone number
- Email address
- Product being returned
- Reason for warranty claim
- Photo copy of reciept
- Date of purchase
- Photo of warranty issue

After processing your claim, we will get in touch with you to arrange the return of your product. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email providing updates on the status of your warranty claim and the estimated ship date for your new replacement, if applicable.
If you are applicable we ask you return the product to us. Our team will send you a return label and help guide you through the steps.
